  1. Prepare the Pistachio Seeds: Start with a handful of absolutely untoasted pistachios. Remove the hard shells and soak them in a glass of water overnight. This process is crucial to rehydrate the seeds.
  2. Sprouting Process: The next morning, place the seeds on a paper towel and cover them with damp paper. Leave them like this for 6-10 days. It’s important to keep them moist, so spray a little water if you notice them drying out.
  3. Planting in a Pot: To cultivate your pistachios, you’ll need a sufficiently deep pot to allow the roots to grow properly. Fill the pot with potting soil, then make small holes with your fingers and place a sprouted pistachio in each one. The soil should not completely cover the pistachio. Water it and wait for the plant to develop.
  4. Sunlight and Watering: Place the pot in a sunny spot in your home and water it regularly. You can also put the pistachio plant on your balcony or terrace.
